I have left a message for you as I'd like to understand what we got wrong here? As a company - we don't do discounts as our prices are the lowest they can be. I assume there must be more to rating our service and products as poor than this - could we talk?

I am sorry you felt you had to feedback on us in this way - simply because "no discounts were given".
I have tried again today. We don't "do discounts" as our prices are as low as they can be - every day.
My emails / voice mail are clear - I will do that I can to address any real service failings we have and that feedback literally makes us succeed or fail.
