Item was ordered and paid for. Delivery did not arrive upon chasing them two days later I was told it was out of stock and wont be in stock till 7 days time.

I was sorry to see your feedback. I have tried to call a number of times and left a message, as well as email you, as I would like to understand this more. We pride ourselves on our excellent customer service and the vast majority of customers are extremely pleased with our service (as you will see with our 99% feefo rating) with most food orders ordered before 12pm arriving the next day. Unfortunately it seems that there was a very rare out of stock issue the food you ordered, which we refunded. Had we been aware of this we would have told you straight-away so please accept our sincerest apologies for the delay and inconvenience.
