Thank you for your feedback. I'm glad to hear it has successfully trapped one mouse. Rodents are very intelligent and it can take a while for them to make there way into a trap/bait box. It could also be a case that the mouse may be able to smell the human scent on the box, we'd suggest wearing gloves when handling the trap or rubbing a little mud onto it, to decrease the human scent. Are you baiting it with something to attract them into the trap? If you would like some advice, please give us a call or send us an email.
