Poor gift wrap not presentable. Will never come back.

Thank you for your feedback regarding our service and gift wrap option.
On our gift wrap service page we explain how our gift wrapping service is carried out. We use the branded manufacturer box and then wrap this in a premium paper with a matching ribbon. The Lamy Safari is provided in quite a small box, which we then gift wrapped. Unfortunately this may be why you were disappointed in what you have received.
I have checked your order and whilst you selected the gift wrapping option on the pen, there was no gift wrap selected on the refill. We only gift wrap the specific items which have been requested to do so, as not all items may be for the gift. If you had wanted these items to be gift wrapped together, you would have been welcome to contact us and request this. We are more than happy to try and accomodate any customer request.
