Many thanks for taking the time to give us your feedback. I can see that the tracking does say that the parcel was left at the front door. If the parcel was indeed signed for, I can only assume that this was perhaps a data entry mistake by the delivery drivery. We would always recommend a minimum of 2 inches of packaging inside a double-walled cardboard box, particularly for own risk items such as PCs. We ask that all damages be report to ourselves within 5 working days and missing shipments within 2 working days of the due date. Unfortunately if we don't know about the damage caused to your shipment, we would be unable to do anything for you. It's unfortunate that you were on holiday at the same time and I presume missed the 5 day reporting cut off.
