We're pleased your items weren't too badly affected inside the box. We always recommend a minimum of 2 inches of packaging inside the box and a strong, double-walled cardboard box for transit. We have an option which allows you to email labels over to the collection address following booking - simply tick this box during the order process and enter the email address for your contact at the collection address, we'll do the rest. Our team are always on hand to assist, should you have any questions at all.
