It would be an improvement if instead of the parcel being collected a facility on the site could be provided to allow the parcel to be delivered to the local depot. At the moment you have to deliver...
Would have scored excellent but last time I used ParcelsPlease the pickup was delayed by several days from that originally agreed. Once picked up, no complaints.
