We found that that one of our customer relation executive had contacted you on 30th November 2015 using reference number 132457 and updated you about the transaction details with Packt. This order was basically a recurring payment for the renewal of monthly Packtlib subscription product, for which we have future pay agreement with our customers on Worldpay However, as soon as you informed us that this order was not done by you, we cancelled the order and issued refund for the amount charged on your card.
