With reference to your comment that you made a mistake while placing the order and as per our company policy we accepted that we will exchange the item in the required color/size as you requested. We would like to inform you that buyers have a right to send the item back to us via any courier service as per their choice, and we never recommend a specific courier company to them. If the courier (Evri) you choose failed to deliver the returned item then the sender has a right to file a claim about their missing item because they are responsible for your item. And as you requested that we have to file a claim on behalf of you, it's not possible for us because only a sender can raise a claim against their missing item. Furthermore, we are unable to issue a refund without returning the item as this is not our company policy. Hoping for your kind understanding in this matter, Kind Regards,
