服务不好，没有给解决的办法.

我买的沙发套尺寸不对，还有颜色也不喜欢，我要求退货.打客服电话没人接，发邮箱发了很多次，就回一次说我如果留着订单，给我百分之15的退款.可沙发套我留着也没用呀尺寸不对，颜色不好看我留着干嘛！我又发了一次邮箱，说要退货，一个星期过去了都等不到回复…一次不愉快的购物经历…
