I have checked both of your orders, but you are incorrect in saying that you ordered the same size as before. On your last order, you requested 0.8mm gauge. On this order, you requested 1.0mm gauge. 1.0mm gauge is thicker than 0.8mm gauge. If you haven't broken the seal on the clear viewing bag, you are most welcome to exchange your incorrect selection within 60 days by visiting 'Request a Return' on our 'Help' page.
