Received not only the wrong length, but wrong gauge and also wrong ball. Order was wrong in every way it could be.

Really surprised to hear this, because product accuracy is something we're really passionate about. Please email a clear photograph of the labret to us so we can check it. You say that at least two orders have been wrong, yet I can see that you haven't contacted us at any stage. We're always more than happy to resolve any issue however, unless the customer gets in touch, we are not going to be aware of it.
