I'm really sorry to hear that you were not entirely happy with this nose stud. I am wondering if it was the size of the gem that disappointed you? As you know, you ordered the 1.5mm diameter gem which is the smallest gem available on this particular nose stud (the largest is 2.5mm). If the seal on the bag has not been broken, you are most welcome to return it to us within 60 days either for an exchange or a refund.
