I would like to clarify the situation regarding the "weight" comment, as there seems to be some misinformation. We hold a direct account with Evri, where we are billed by parcel size, not weight, so there is absolutely no benefit or practice of mislabelling parcels.
In this instance, Evri have flagged the parcel as "too large for the local courier," which is a logistical error on their end rather than a labelling issue on ours. As soon as we saw this update, we began tracking the return so we can resolve this for you.
I have sent you a direct message to arrange either an immediate full refund or a redelivery via a different courier to ensure it reaches you safely. Please accept our apologies for this courier error.
