the watch has already stopped working...i wrote to them last week, but haven't received a response yet...completely unacceptable.

Therefore, we would greatly appreciate if you could check your spam folder to make sure if the response accidentally ended up there? That would be greatly appreciated and truly sorry for the unknown errors between both of the sides which caused this lack of communication. It was indeed not our intension.
