Hi, We are so sorry to hear that. However, as you may know the packages are being shipped out from Denmark and thus thhere are some countries which may encounter some issues. This is not relevant for the EU, JP, AU, SG, HK, UK, MY and US. It means that the rest may be a subject to import duties and taxes which is a factor very well known worldwide. Therefore, Nordgreen cannot control and is not responsible for any duties applied to your package. You will be one responsible for paying any additional charges. That is clearly stated in our campaign, FAQ and believe terms and conditions. We are so sorry that we were unable to resolve the issue. We truly appreciate your understanding in this case. Dear Bilal, Thank you for taking the time to write your review and we are very sorry to hear about the condensation issue within the watch dial. As you know, as a start-up company, we are working hard to give our customers the best experience, but sometimes situations like this occur along the way. Maybe an accident happened and the watch was exposed to water or the the watch dial wasn't 100% sealed. A human error in our warehouse might also be possible. However, if there is any problem with the watch, all you have to do is contact us directly and we will gladly send you a replacement watch. We take full responsibility for any product defaults. Dear William, Thank you for taking the time write this review. We are super sorry to hear there was a confusion regarding your shipment and that it was delivered somewhere else instead of arriving back to our office. On our side, we tried to help you the best we could by providing you with a return label, explaining the return process and responding to all of your emails. You decided to use the courier service of your choice, and unfortunately, they lost the package. Like you may know, we don't have much control on the courier and the mistakes that might occur during the process. As a start-up company, we are doing our best to satisfy our customers and help them as much as possible to get what they desire, but accidents like this can happen during the way. Regarding the strap being too small, thank you for letting us know. We actually ordered a new stock of XL leather straps to accommodate every possible customer. We also provide exchanges in case the straps are too small. Thank you for taking the time to write your review and for being honest.
