Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. We are extremely sorry to hear you have been through all this frustration.
You are the only case we ever had who has been through all this because the correct amount wasn't mentioned on the package, which of course, we take full responsibility for. However, we have shipped so many packages to so many countries, including India, and our customers never experienced this. We think that the bureaucracy and the problems related to the customs system in India had a big impact on the escalation of all of these procedures for you. As mentioned before, you are the only international customer who experienced this. The differences between custom regulation from country to country can be pretty big, and that is exactly why this happened.
We are indeed very sorry you had to go through all this frustration. We hope you were able to receive your package in the end. We have really tried to do our best to assist you, however, there are things we don't have control on as the courier service once the package leaves our warehouse or the customs regulations.

Although, we are still truly sorry regards lack of communication from our side, of course, as you may know, it was not intensional and we have never wished you to experience both delay and our lack of support which has happened due to unknown technical issues.

Thanks for getting back to me. I have recieved the watch and extra belt in very short period of time once we figured out what heppend then. It's the email communication that didn't go to me directly that cause this delay. Overall your response is very good and also consider on customers side to make up any inconvenience.
