It does sound truly unusual and weird! The receiver should never experience any issues like this - at least not after such a short period of time. Therefore, as you may know, we offer 2-year warranty, which especially warrants watch movement itself, thus if there will be any issues, you are always welcome to contact us at hello@nordgreen.com and we would make sure to repair/replace the defected product once received back to the office - without any extra costs of course!
We are truly sorry regards such an experience with us. We do indeed try to deliver the highest quality and thus such cases are quite unusual to us, however, nothing is impossible and manufactural defects do happen. Therefore, if that is the case we once again truly sorry that you needed to be the unlucky one - but as mentioned, we do strongly warrant such issues and would take a full responsibility in order to fix any of the issues you, or the receiver been encountering.
