It does indeed very classic and chick brown version, which is presented on the pictures, but we of course take this strongly into consideration in order to be able to provide the real imagine in even a better way. By the way, in the cases like this, we always offer exchange the product to another e.g brown leather which potentially might be a better fit :)

We really regret the bad experience you have had and hopefully it will only move forward from here. We do strive to provide the most excellent experience in the whole customer journey, we are so sorry that we were unable to do so in our case. Unfortunately, as you might know, multiple discount codes cannot be applied to one order, thus you either needed to choose 15% discount or ONETREE discount. However, in order to for the latter to work as it offers free strap of your choice, you first need to select an extra strap to your basket. The discount simply subtracts the additional costs of the strap. Hope it makes sense now :) We always recommend in the cases like this to contact us if you are unsure whether something has been performed incorrectly. Systematically there were no errors, I can simply see that you did not choose any strap, which result in inability to use the discount code.
Regards the shipment, we are fully aware that at certain times our courier leaves the package outside the house without any signature.However, it happens when it is a private home and courier is sure that it can be kept safely. Although we disagree with this policy and are working very hard to change this, however both Fedex and UPS couriers have their own rules which we unfortunately not able to adjust. Thus we are so sorry, but luckily nothing bad has happened :)
