I just personally tried to digger into your case and found that, unfortunately, as of today, there is no request from your side, meaning we have never received any email or any other similar conversation from you - thus that is why you did not hear back from us yet.
It is extremely unusual case, thus we would appreciate if you could check your own email if it accidentally did not end up as a draft - it would be truly appreciated in order for us to understand what could be an issue as we honestly did not experience something like this before.
Meanwhile, we will make sure to contact you ourselves in order to resolve your issues which you should not have experienced at first place.
Once again truly sorry for such an experience with us. It was honestly not our intension, first that you would encounter any issues and secondly that you will never hear back from us. We will make sure to resolve all of your issues immediately.
