We are sorry to hear that our product did not meet your needs as you imagined, however, in the case like this we always offer an alternative to exchange it silver colour as this helps to resolve visibility issue. This is of course also covered by Nordgreen.
However, we will of course take this feedback strongly into consideration and see how we could improve in the future in regards the contrast between the gun metal case and dark dial. To be honest, we are fully aware of this case and working very hard to resolve this asap.

Hello,
Our vegan leather is made of - top: polycarbonate polyurethane surface + reinforced rayon backing and back: polyester non-woven (with 100% recycled ultra-microfiber) with non-fibrous polyurethane binder. Thus unfortunately to make this product of recycled material is not as cheap as one may assume :)
As we see, you have successfully returned all of the products for a full refund, thus we are happy to see that when it is not a perfect match and does not meet your expectations our lovely customers have an opportunity to return it without any extra charge - which you took an advantage of. However, we would still like to know more about our vegan leather strap as calling it cheap does not give us a lot of insights what exactly was wrong - this information is very useful for us to improve in the future.
