Hi, I’m so sorry you’ve had a poor experience with us. Unfortunately at the time of ordering it was when we had a Bank Holiday which meant that there were delays to receiving items. However, I want to thank you for your feedback. As a small family business reviews can help us learn from past experiences and provide a better service going forward. Although we have no influence on couriers it has highlighted that we could, in future, put a notice on our website highlighting any delays.
