While we always strive to follow any specific delivery notes, it appears that there was a miscommunication in this case. As for the damage on your item, when the office was contacted, images were requested of the issues you were experiencing and unfortunately we did not receive these until a couple of days after reporting the issue and when we were out of the office. We take great pride in providing only the best for our customers.
I apologize for any inconvenience caused and assure you that we are working on better solutions to prevent issues like this from happening in the future. We understand that a replacement unit has been sent to you and the damaged unit has been collected
