I’m really sorry, Janet, to hear that your item arrived with an unpleasant smell and that it’s persisted even after two washes — that’s understandably disappointing, especially given how much you liked the pattern and the price you paid. While recycled polyester can sometimes retain manufacturing odours longer than other fabrics, it certainly shouldn’t be to the extent that it makes the item unwearable. We’d like to look into this further and see how we can help. If you could please share, if possible, a photo of the care label, we’ll review the issue and explore a suitable resolution for you.
