Very simple process for peace of mind . Been thinking for a while about insurance but thought it would be expensive . But great price for the amount cover.

At peak times we offer a telephone voicemail and callback facility. Any voicemails received are responded to, by telephone call within an hour, during opening hours.
For e-mails for less urgent queries we respond to all e-mail queries within 12 hours of receipt during opening hours. I can see that you e-mailed our team originally at 18:26 on 11th June, we duly responded on 12th June at 10:41am. You then further e-mailed on 12th June at 12:35pm and then again at 14:58 chasing us on your query.
As we shared, your query had to be referred to our Underwriting team internally and we responded on 15th June at 09:13.
We do our very best to respond to all queries very quickly and we're happy to see that we've been able to do so for you. We're always here, you can call, leave a voicemail, e-mail us, log-in and message us or reach out on WhatsApp too.
