Kit was partially out of stock, contacted me to inform but I had to chase up once it was back in stock. Should be system driven not reliant on one person remembering.

I am glad you were happy with the kit, I have investigated what happened and it was actually an oversight on my part when I was covering for our office manager while she was on holiday.
