Your comments are important to us. Unfortunately on our courier delivery service we cannot provide you with a timed delivery or text time slots. However deliveries on our Natures Menu vans we can provide you with a window of time of when to expect your delivery if you wish to call the office on the morning of the delivery. We are looking to deliver all orders on our Natures Menu temperature controlled vans in the very near future to ensure the products arrive in the fresh frozen condition expected on arrival and to enable us to provide you with the Customer Service from the beginning of the order process all the way through to delivery. Thank you for your comments. I have had a looked into this, unfortunately due to you living in such a remote area of the country our Natures Menu vans do not delivery to you. The courier service is your only option for delivery and there will always be a charge for this service, alternatively you could purchase the products from your local stockist that is approximately 30 miles away. Our courier service is a next day Delivery service during week days only, providing orders are placed before the 12pm the day before the delivery is required. Any orders placed after 12pm on a Thursday will not be processed until Monday for a delivery Tuesday, as our office is closed during the weekends. During Bank Holidays the deliveries will always be a day later as the office is closed and orders are not processed until the Tuesday for Wednesday Deliveries. We make complete and complementary products within our range. Our complete foods are formulated to follow the fediaf guidelines (http://www.fediaf.org/self-regulation/nutrition/). These guidelines are peer-reviewed documents used within the pet food industry for nutrition, labelling and safety. There is no evidence quantifying the amount of vegetables a dog should have per day. We include between ~30-40% ground fruit and vegetables in our raw complete meals. You will sometimes see peas in the stool as we do leave some of the peas intact as they are a great source of fibre and aid in the health of gut microflora. We list all the ingredients we use in our foods on the packaging. We are in the middle of collecting exact values for bone content within our raw products. As this information becomes available we will be happy to share it with our customers. We have a collection of raw complete meals, ones with offal included and others without. Your comments are much appreciated on our delivery service and apologise you feel the consistency of this service has lessened. Natures Menu do try to keep the drivers on their regular routes where possible, with legal driving time restrictions this is not always achievable. Natures Menu has increased its transport department investing in further temperature controlled vehicles and drivers to improve the continuity of this vital service.
