Hi Leroy (darcy009@gmail.com) , I spoke with the rep you discussed this with. We also tested some batch and all were working perfectly. Because this is a replacement generic motor and you have fitted this yourselves, we cannot see or say that this was done properly either. You have said the motors have spun in opposite direction. Either you have installed this incorrectly or this is not the motor you require. Either way, you can return the purchase if you are willing and we can test the motor for you and if need be provide with replacement or refund the cost of motor.
