The only experience of service of any kind was the delivery of my product and this was delayed for 4 days, but as an error with UPS, not Muscle Rage.

This was truly not our intention and completely understand your disappointment. This is something that rarely happens with UPS but on the odd occasion it can, and we do apologise on their behalf. Also, our stock levels are something we are currently working on, as the demands are too high and we here at Muscle Rage have plans, so this doesn’t happen as frequently in the future.
