Paid over £5 for next day delivery on 3pm Thursday, Saturday and still not turned up. May as well have set fire to that extra money. I will be making an official complaint too !

Hi Nathan, I've looked into this for you.
The order was placed after the 1pm cut off on Thursday so was dispatched from our facility on Friday. Unfortunately the Royal Mail Tracked 24 service aims to deliver packages the following business day, so the expected delivery date would have been today.
I have checked their tracking system and can see that you received your package today just after 2pm. Of course we apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused you however sadly as the package was delivered within the stated timescales we are unable to offer a refund on the shipping fee.
