Hello and thank you for your feedback, We advertise the Manufacturers warranty as they are advertised to us, and all installers that are prepared to sign up to Vaillants approved installer scheme can pass on the 5 year warranty. We need to advertise the full warranty that is available otherwise customers will not know the benefit of the product. We also provide a link under the warranty to the manufacturers site with a list of Vaillants Warranty terms. We have, however heard of installers getting warranties with some manufacturers in retrospect of registering to become an aproved installer, so it may be worth aproaching your local Vaillant rep.
