Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Friendly support staff on phone, delivery not smooth as promised, wrong and broken parts delivered.

One of two radiators had broken weld. Both sets of TRV came with wrong straight and not angled lock shields. Driver did not bother calling despite we were told he would call before collecting parts....
