Our system generates an email order confirmation to you immediatley, I have checked the logs and this email was sent.

Once we have a delivery date we then phone every customer to book in the delivery personally to make sure you will be availabe. Once that call has happened, we email a confirmation of this delivery date and conversation.

It may be that your email software has spam settings that have not let this confirmation email come through.

As we have delivered this order, we must have at least sent you the automatic confirmation and spoken to you to book the delivery.

I do apologise if you felt we didnt keep you informed, but this may be a case of technology blocking us.
