We do try to offer the lowest price we can on both central heating goods and our delivery service. When we book in a delivery, we do phone every customer to book in an "all day" delivery as we try to keep the cost down to customers and this may mean adapting the route right up to the day of delivery.
The majority of our customers are happy with this, however wwe do offer the local depots number if you need to ring to get a better idea of time which we can do once the driver is on his route by checking his route plan. this is never advertised as you have to call us, its just there if you need an update during the course of the day, a service a lot of companies in our industry wont do, and just state 8-5 delivery.
