We really are not happy we managed to string this order out into so many deliveries. We totally put our hands up to it, and we got too much wrong in this rare case. Your comments have been fed back to our Delivery depot concerned and your delivery charge has been refunded as this is a service charge and you received poor service. Again, our apologies.

We have let you down here on communication and this is far from our normal deliverys service. we have made work for you and ourselves by not comunicating correctly.
