Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

We are really sorry to hear of the trouble you have had with your order and any inconvenience caused. I have looked into this further and found it was a picking error from the warehouse which resulted in only one item being sent, this feedback has been passed to the warehouse. As an apology we have refunded your delivery charge.
