Thanks for responding. This head is an unusual one and we don't keep it "on the shelf". Stock is usually available quickly from the manufacturer but on this occasion we had to wait for it to come in from overseas, hence the delay. Apologies about that delay. We'll try to get a stockholding of this in future. We trust that once it arrived the machine worked again nicely.
