We are sorry it did not fit your model - it is "universal" in that it fits many brands and models, and is made to a universally known standard for this type of thing, but that does not mean it will fit "everything". We do show a very good picture of the item and say that "Fitted with one 2-Pin (Euro) connection and one 3-Pin (UK) connection.". A quick message to us and we could have confirmed either way.
