We sent you the part you ordered. The order was £13.42 which included another part and tracked/signed postage. Presumably the part Mountfield sent you "for free" was a different part to the one you ordered from us. We have not "ripped you off" - why on earth would we do that. There is no record of any parts coming back from yourself.
