Thank you for your feedback, all our products are produced fresh on a very tight timeline, so for our pigs in blankets and stuffing, we make this mid-December and then freeze down ready to send out frozen. I believe the products would last longer than the 26th kept properly in the fridge however as we have to factor in delays in transport some times we, therefore, work on the side of caution with our use-by dates.
