Good but lack of attention to detail.

Good in that nothing was missing and came promptly in a jiffy bag but was not supplied with proper jewellery boxes like in store or enough gift bags for items I ordered and requested like illustrated...

I do apologise that you didn't receive enough bags, we do have an additional comments box so customers can request separate bags. I will pass this information on to the web developers though and we can look to improve our website.

Hi,
I do apologise for the unsatisfactory delivery time, however during the sale period we do have a banner on the website explaining the delivery times can be extended.
It also states that any order placed after 3pm on a Thursday will not arrive until the Monday as they wont be processed and posted until the Friday.
If ordering on a Friday, Saturday guaranteed option should be selected.
Regarding the chocolate not being included i do apologise and i am unsure as to why it wasn't included.
Please accept our apologies.
