Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

I sincerely apologise you feel this way in regards to your enquiry.
We do always try to respond to our customers quickly and efficiently, unfortunately in this case I had to contact HRMC for the correct information as I did not know the answer to the enquiry.
I did also try to call regarding this to keep you updated but there was no answer so I emailed.
