We're really to hear there has been a delay in the delivery of your order. I can see from our records that your order was dispatched on the 14th April, the next working days after you placed your order, via free Royal Mail 2nd Class post. While I would have expected your order to be with by as 2nd Class post takes 2-4 working days, the day of your review being the 5th working day, I do know that Royal Mail has been particularly stretched as a result of the implications of the global pandemic, not helped by the Easter bank holidays. Royal Mail states that we have to wait 10 working days before we can escalate a delayed parcel, and while I hope and expect your delivery to be with you much sooner than this, if 10 working days pass and your parcel still hasn't been delivered, please contact me on sales@metabolics.co.uk and I will resolve this issue for you.
