I am sorry for the delay you have experienced in receiving your order Reagan. I have looked into this matter and it appears as though you registered your address as UK and selected UK 1st class post - 1- 2 days, as you are based in the US this has slowed the order as it would not be possible to send your order this way. We have issued a partial refund as VAT was charged on your supplements because of this and the parcel was subsequently sent Airmail ROW - which the courier advises to allow up to 20 working days delivery. Your order was placed on the 14th January at 4.26pm, after which the post has already left us for the day so your order was dispatched the next day and left us on 15th January. We would suggest you use DHL in future as this is a trackable service, although more expensive. We have issued a partial refund for the postage and changed the country on your account to the USA so, hopefully, this shouldn't happen again.
