I can see that your order was dispatched on the 17th June, the same day you placed your order, via Royal Mail Airmail, the courier you selected. Unfortunately, this courier option does not give us any further tracking information and can take up to 20 working days, today being the 8th working day. Should you need a faster, tracked service, DHL is available as an option at checkout, we are also looking into alternatives to provide a more cost-competitive tracked option. Should your order not arrive within the 20 working days, however, please let me know so I can escalate this immediately. I apologise that this service has not been as quick as you expected, unfortunately, the global pandemic appears to be affecting some international deliveries, though I hope your order to be with you soon.
