I am really sorry to read that you were disappointed with the item received. As my colleague told you, all the dimensions are written in the production description on the website, which we really try to write in details so the customer knows in advance what he will receive. Personalised items cannot indeed be refunded unless the item faulty. These creations are made to order and can't be used again once they have been engraved. I am sorry to read you didn't receive an answer to your last query, I am refunding 10% of the price of the item on your card now as a gesture of goodwill.
