We are sorry to hear that you have had no contact regarding your query. I have checked our emails and cannot find an email relating to your query. The item you had ordered was not in stock and therefore had to be sourced from another supplier. Our website states that there may be delays in your order being dispatched due to these reasons. As you did not receive your order when expected, I will refund your delivery charge back to you.
