We are sorry to hear that you have experienced some issues whilst ordering with us. Although Medicines2u is a remote service, we still operate just like a GP service therefore, when our doctor reviews any consultations she needs to ensure that all the information provided is up to date and accurate to make a safe and suitable assessment.

When we spoke to the patient, he provided us with some different information to what had initially been provided on the form. This is the reason as to why our policy states that the patient must either fill out the form on their own behalf or for those patients that cannot access this or haven't filled out the form, we must ensure that we speak to them and confirm the details provided in order for all medication to be prescribed safely.

Once again, we are sorry for any inconveniences caused due to this and we will take your feedback on board.
