Occasionally, samples may not be suitable for testing or certain markers may need to be repeated to ensure the results provided are accurate and reliable. We understand this can be disappointing, but these checks are carried out in good faith to protect the quality of the results we provide. We would never knowingly report results from a sample that has not met the required quality standards, such as a sample affected by haemolysis. Replacement kits are sent using the delivery service selected at the time of order, and we appreciate that postal delays can sometimes impact how quickly they arrive.
