Where is no ongoing case raised by me (Karolis Ciuplys) to the Customer Relations team regarding one star review.
I called Mazda UK in the past and on both occasion I was directed back to the dealership. Same happens if I try resolve a problem with Mazda Derby or Mazda Nottingham - they will direct back to Mazda UK.
Are you aware of very low rating on Trustpilot Mazda UK has, and if yes, can you comment on why is the rating is so low.
Are you copying and pasting reply's from the sticky note when you reply to the customer review or you actually read them?
Is it normal for steering wheel to start peeling off after 5000 miles?
Where are so many questions to ask, so please do not hesitate to contact me and answer those questions, because I have no time and energy to chase after Mazda UK and all privately owned Mazda dealerships in UK.

Beautiful car great features mild hybrid/petrol. Stunning colour fuel economy is great. hill start/ auto hold sunroof 2Ltr engine. Went from an Insignia to this car and now love it.
